Each Wednesday our chefs are inspired by food from a particular region in Italy to create 3 perfectly balanced courses, all for just £18:00!

Wednesday 16 August 2017: Ferrara

Starter: Girandola alla Ferrarese
Oven-baked ricotta and spinach pasta roulade served with a sage and butter sauce. Topped with crushed amaretti.

Main: Rosa al Forno
Roast pork loin stuffed with Parma ham, sausage and sage. Served on a bed of sautéed leeks, pancetta and potatoes.

Dessert: Torta Tenerina
Melt-in-the-mouth homemade chocolate cake. 
Served with cream or Italian ice cream.
