Each Wednesday our chefs are inspired by food from a particular region in Italy to create 3 perfectly balanced courses, all for just £18:00!

Wednesday 18 October 2017: Marsala

Starter: Rigatoni con Broccoletti e Acciughe
Rigatoni pasta sauteed with purple broccoli, anchovies, chillies, cherry tomatoes and garlic. 

Main: Lonza di Maiale al Marsala
Pork loin escalopes, with Marsala sauce. Served with parsnips and mashed potatoes.

Dessert: Crespelle Marsalesi
Homemade pancakes filled with custard, chocolate chips and Marsala reduction.
